I nearly thought of raving about it, but such basic service in a supposedly upscale hotel? unforgivable. i expected a warm welcome or at least a functioning coffee machine, but alas, nothing. utterly disappointing.

The lakeside view from my room was stunning, creating a serene atmosphere to wake up to every morning. Breakfast offered a fantastic range of delicious options that catered to various tastes, making each meal a pleasure. The beautiful historic architecture of the building added charm and character to my stay, making it a unique experience.
Service was not up to the standard one would expect from such a well-located establishment.

i had a great stay at alsterblick and it exceeded my expectations! the room was spacious and stylish, and enjoying breakfast while looking at the alster was a highlight. my visit was wonderful, especially after staying in the city before.
the coffee maker did not heat properly.
